MUSEUMS OF GALICIA

All the museums, museographic collections and interpretation centers of cultural heritage duly created under autonomous public ownership, as well as those belonging to other public administrations, will form part of the Galician system of museum centers, after the signature, in this case, of the corresponding legal instrument of collaboration.

Likewise, they will be part of this system the centers of private ownership created that voluntarily decide to be integrated, after requesting it according to the common administrative procedure, and that fulfill the requirements that are established by regulation.

The museums of transferred management to the Autonomous Community are part of the Galician System of museum centers, without prejudice to the competences and state regulations.
