The Etnographic Museum of 'Olimpio Liste' is located close to the Royal Monastery of Oseira and was opened in 1972. Currently, the museum houses 10,000 pieces and 12,000 works in the newspaper library.
The collection is devoted to Galician popular culture. The pieces were collected since 1965 up to today from all over Galicia and from the region.
The museum includes a detail tour through the four fundamental aspect of traditional culture of Cea: (1) farming works; (2) traditional trades (over forty traditional trades on display); (3) singular object in Galician country life and (4) monks' cloister.
